We offer seven cottages for seasonal rental on the gorgeous Fort Pond Bay, Montauk. Whether you’re looking to visit when the forsythia blooms and the Hamptons go verdant; or to escape the blistering heat of Manhattan in August; or to have a home base during the prime fishing season of September and October, Millionaire’s Row is the ideal spot.
First Cottage
First waterfront cottage sits on a great lawn w/4 other cottages overlooking Ft Pond Bay. First Cottage is steps away from our private beach w/ indoor & outdoor showers, large deck, grill, full kitchen, private drive/parking & 1 dog-friendly. Water views from the cottage & deck. A unique Montauk experience w/ private, quiet beach, beach path & benches, the best sunsets in town & walking distance to Duryea's Lobster Deck/Market, Roberta's & Surf Lodge.
The space
This newly-renovated, large studio cottage is perfect for a pair with a large deck for coffee, dining, happy hour, sunbathing and the best sunsets in town. Gas grill and a large private outdoor shower. The kitchen is stocked with essentials. The open living area has sofa, coffee table, LCD SmartTV, dining table & chairs. First Cottage has a spa-style bathroom and private driveway and parking spot.
