For Summer Monthly and Seasonal Rentals: We require a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit with the
return of your signed rental agreement, 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit on June 1 (For May rentals
the due date will be April 15), and the remaining 50% will be due at check-in.
For Weekly Rentals: We require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit with the return of your signed
rental agreement. The remaining 50% is due at check-in.
