Noack Cottage (pronounced no'-whack) is one of two newly renovated cottages making their debut in

For Summer Monthly/Seasonal Rentals: We require a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit with the
return of your signed rental agreement, 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit on June 1 (For May rentals
the due date will be April 15), and the remaining 50% will be due at check-in.
For Weekly Rentals: We require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit with the return of your signed
rental agreement. The remaining 50% is due at check-in.

* The Annual FDNY Weekend is an invitation only gathering. All seven cottages are reserved for this
special weekend. If, however, you are interested in a July or Seasonal reservation, special
