Noack Cottage (pronounced no'-whack) is one of two newly renovated cottages making their debut in
Summer 2010. It is currently under construction, with an expected completion date of April 1, 2010.
Below, you will find a rendering of the cottage's floorplan and a short description of its amenities. Should
you be interested in Noack Cottage for Summer 2010 we will offer augmented rental conditions. All
deposits on Noack Cottage will be contingent upon the completion of the cottage.

For Summer Monthly/Seasonal Rentals: We require a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit with the
return of your signed rental agreement, 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit on June 1 (For May rentals
the due date will be April 15), and the remaining 50% will be due at check-in.
For Weekly Rentals: We require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit with the return of your signed
rental agreement. The remaining 50% is due at check-in.
