- Millionaire's Row is not a hotel or bed and breakfast, so we don't offer daily maid and linen
service. We have do have extra linens, towels, and pillows available, though. You just have to call
Emily and she'll bring some over. All renters are encouraged to bring additional towels and sheets
for their stay.
- Many of our newer cottages feature laundry facilities. Monthly and seasonal renters without
laundry facilities in their cottage will have access to the compound's washing machine. Each
cottage has its own outside drying line.
- Each of our cottages has a fully equipped kitchen. This means all the pots, pans, utensils, plates,
and cups are there for your use.
- At the beginning of each rental period, the cottage will be stocked with enough paper towels, toilet
paper, and garbage bags to get you started, but you may want to bring those items along or plan
to purchase more when you get here should the amount provided not be enough to last for your
whole rental period.
- You will, of course, have access to the gorgeous shore of Fort Pond Bay just feet from all the
cottages. We have a rocky beach, and slippery rocks lurk just beyond the water line, so you may
want to bring along water shoes for maximum fun in the sun.
- None of our cottages have air conditioning, but only because they really don't need it. There's
typically a cool breeze coming west to east off the bay. All of the cottages have windows designed
to catch the breeze. Let the fresh air in! If, however, you require a little extra breeziness to make
your visit more comfortable you'll find fans stowed inside the cottage. Sorry, portable air
conditioners are not permitted at any of the cottages.
- Parking is not a problem. First Cottage has its own dedicated parking spot. Parking for the other
cottages is just outside the fence. We ask that you please limit the number of cars per cottage to
two.
- Our cottages are thoroughly cleaned between rental periods. The cost of this cleaning is included
in your rental price and, where applicable, included in the "dog fee."
TO MAKE A RESERVATION
- Just call or email Emily! Once you've settled on a cottage and the dates of your stay, Emily will
pencil you in. She'll send out a simple one-page rental agreement for you to sign. You'll return
the signed top copy of the rental agreement with your NON-REFUNDABLE deposit and keep
the bottom copy of the rental agreement for your records. Emily will send you an email when
she receives the signed agreement and deposit, thus confirming your reservation.
MONTHLY/SEASONAL RESERVATIONS:
- 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be due with the signed lease agreement.
- 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be due June 1, 2010, or April 15, 2010 for
rentals beginning in May.
- The remaining 50% balance of the rental price is due at check-in.
WEEKLY RESERVATIONS:
- 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be due with the signed lease agreement.
- The remaining 50% balance of the rental price is due at check-in.
TO CHECK IN
- The Friday before your stay begins, Emily will email you to find out your arrival time and make
sure that you have all the directions you need. Check-in begins Sunday at 2pm, but anytime
after 2pm and before 5 is fine if you make arrangements with Emily in advance. Remember, the
remaining 50% of your rental price will be due at check-in.
TO CHECK OUT
- Just drop the keys off with Emily. If you have to leave before Emily arrives you may leave the
keys on the kitchen counter and the front door unlocked. The latest you may check out on
Sunday is 12noon. (We have to have time to clean the cottages before the next renters arrive.)
PETS
- Dogs are welcome at Millionaire's Row! We do require a $250. Dog Fee for a monthly rental,
$100. Dog Fee for a weekly rental, and a $50. Dog Fee is required for our special
weekend/weekday only stays, or for an additional dog for a weekly stay. A maximum of two
dogs are allowed per cottage. No other animals (cats, birds, sharks etc.) are permitted on the
compound. The dogs you bring must be friendly with humans and other dogs, and are not
permitted to roam the compound freely. The compound is not fully fenced.
WANT TO RENT MORE THAN ONE COTTAGE?
- You can absolutely rent more than one cottage for your stay. But, if your plan is to have the
kids stay in one cottage and parents in another, please be sure the kids are mature enough to be
alone with a fully functioning kitchen. We recommend that there be one responsible teenager or
adult in each cottage to monitor any younger kids.
NO SHARES
- Your rental agreement is non-transferable, and applies to you, your immediate family, and any
guests you wish to bring so long as the total occupancy does not exceed the number of persons
listed on your rental agreement as "maximum occupancy". Allowing another party to sublet, or
dividing the rent and use of property with any persons not listed on the rental agreement, will be
considered a breach of the rental agreement and result in your immediate eviction from the
property.
SMOKING
- Smoking is not permitted inside any of the cottages.
RETURNED CHECKS
- A $25. fee will be assessed for a returned/bounced check.

● The address on the fence at Millionaire's Row is 132B Tuthill Road, but for GPS or GoogleMaps
use 65 Tuthill Road. That's actually the address of our neighbor, Duryea's Restaurant, but it's the
closest address that the programs recognize!
Once you get to Montauk, here's how you'll find us:
-On Rt. 27, in the heart of town you'll find the circular "plaza". Make a left at either end of the
leftsemi-circle and then take the only road off the circle, Edgemere Road .
-Follow Edgemere Road past a body of water on your left (Fort Pond), and Montauk Surf Lodge.
Past the water you'll see a car repair shop, the LIRR station, and Depot Art Gallery . Turn left at
The Old Harbor House, a white one-story restaurant. (On your right you'll see the Montauk Fire
Department and the Community Center)
-Turn right at the stop sign.
-Follow Tuthill Road past Rough Riders Condominiums.
-On your left you'll see a fence with a large gate. This is Millionaire's Row! You'll notice two green
oars with the address 132B Tuthill Road on them.
- Roosevelt Cottage is the light gray cottage past the fence line--the last house before Duryea's.
You'll notice a #10 on the front steps.
- Noack Cottage is through the South Gate, the large cottage on the right.
- Sharkey Cottage is through the South Gate, the last cottage on the left--closest to the water.
- Sunset Cottage is through the North Gate and straight ahead. You'll notice a #8 by the front door
and a "Sunset" sign on the front steps.
- First Cottage is near the road, just to the left of the fence line. You'll notice a #3 by the front door
and a "First" sign on the front steps.
- Crowley Cottage is through the South Gate, second cottage on the left.
- Neff Cottage is through the South Gate, second to last cottage on the left. You'll notice the "Neff"
sign over the sliding door.
BY TRAIN
● Via the Long Island Railroad, take the Montauk branch to the last stop. It's an easy 3 minute
walk to the compound.
BY BUS
● Take the Hampton Jitney to the center of Montauk. Then cab it, or walk a little less than a mile to
the compound.
BY FERRY
● With a car you can take the ferry route from New London, CT and drive from Sag Harbor to
Montauk. Without a car you can take a Viking Ferry to and from Block Island, RI landing at
Montauk's harbor area and cab it from there to the compound.
FROM THE AIRPORT
● From JFK or LaGuardia, take a cab to the Hampton Jitney's Queens airport connection. Or,
schedule a car service.

● We would love to host your wedding festivities. Rent the entire compound for your friends and
family and take over the grounds for your ceremony and reception. Say your vows at Sunset with
the soft lapping of the bay's waves keeping time.
